Rates 

​

Rates vary by provider. The average cost is $95 per 50 minute session. When using health insurance rates vary and are dependent on the rate assigned by your health insurance provider.

​

In the beginning, sessions are typically held on a weekly basis. As you make progress with your treatment goals, we will discuss transitioning to bi-monthly sessions, as warranted.

Payment Methods

​

Cash, Credit Card and Checks are accepted.

Payment is due when services are rendered. A credit card is required upon registration. All teletherapy out-of-pocket costs are to be paid at the time of service by credit card on file. If you wish to pay by check or cash you can make payment at the end of your in person session in leu of using the credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy

​

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 missed session fee.

Insurance

​

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible and if so, has it been met?

  • Do I have a copay and if so, how much per session? How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover? How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
